Notice of Annual General Meeting

 

Bear Clan Patrol Inc. is preparing to hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM) which must occur before September 25th, 2023.

As part of this process, we have opened registration for members, and nominations for Directors.

While the general public may be allowed to attend the AGM, only registered members of Bear Clan Patrol may vote in the proceedings.

The requirement for membership is as follows:

Membership shall be open to any member of the public:

1. Who supports the objectives of Bear Clan;
2. has volunteered with Bear Clan for no less than 3 hours during the twelve (12) consecutive months prior to their application for membership; and
3. who pays the prescribed membership fee, if any.

 

 

Please note that there is no membership fee.
